Are mobility scooters allowed on roads and pavements?

Electric mobility scooters are allowed both on pavement and road. In the UK, the maximum speed on pavements is 4 mph (ca. 6 km/h) and on roads 8 mph (ca. 12 km/h). Please bear in mind that the regulations about mobility scooters may be different in various countries. Our products are adapted to UK market, so that is why they have speed limited to 8 mph.
